    A 78 years old female complains of sudden onset headache with scalp tenderness, blurred vision in her right eye and jaw pain on eating. On examination, it was noted that she had scalp tenderness and right eye diplopia. She also had an ESR level of 100mm/hr. She was referred to the rheumatologists for further investigations. A biopsy was taken and was reported as being negative. She is currently on prednisolone 60mg OD, aspirin 75mg OD, omeprazole 20mg OD and alendronic acid 70mg once a week. She reported that her headache has improved since the steroids were started. What is the most appropriate next step?
