    A 45 years old female presents with sudden onset headache. She describes it as a bat hitting the back of her head. It is the worse headache she has ever had and it is associated with vomiting. She has no past medical history of note and does not currently take any medication. Her uncle died suddenly at the age of 35 and her brother is on dialysis at the moment. On examination, she is apyrexial with HR110, BP187/101, RR20/min and saturating at 99% on air. She is in obvious pain and is unable to move her neck properly. There are no other findings. What is the most likely diagnosis?
