    An 80 years old lady presents to Accident and Emergency with her family. They are concerned that she does not seem right and has progressive difficulty in speaking. These symptoms had developed over the past 4 days. She had a fall about 7 days ago and hit her head. There were no symptoms after this event. On examination, she is apyrexial and haemodynamically stable. She is alert and she is able to follow the conversation but has issues with communicating her answers. Her gait is unsteady. There are no other neurological findings. You decide to arrange for a CT scan. The radiologist on call asks for the most likely diagnosis. What will you tell them?
