    A 83 years old male presents to his GP practice after having a funny turn the day before. He reported that when he tried to stand up from his seat his left arm and leg felt weak. His wife noticed that he was slurring his words. This lasted for about 45 minutes. He has had no further symptoms since then. He has a past medical history of diet controlled diabetes and hypertension. He is taking omeprazole and amlodipine at the moment. He is an ex smoker and drinks very little. On examination, he was haemodynamically stable and apyrexial. There were no neurological abnormalities and he was orientated to time, place and person. What is the most likely diagnosis?
