    A 78 years old male is presents to his GP with memory problems and issues with mobility. He was previously fit and well. He would play golf twice a week and drive his wife to the shops. His wife reports that he now has difficulty driving as he would often get lost even though they have lived in the same area for over 30 years. On further questioning, his wife had noticed that on a few occasions he appeared to be talking and laughing with his brother who died 5 years ago. The patient reports that his limbs feel stiff and it takes him a long time to perform any normal tasks like dressing. He finds walking quite difficult and has a slight tremor.
