A 49 year old obese lady presented to casualty with severe colicky RUQ pain associated with nausea and 3 episodes of vomiting after having a heavy meal from a take away. On examination there is no anaemia or jaundice and the temperature is 37.1 Centigrade. On examination of the abdomen there was rebound tenderness and guarding in the RUQ. Her WCC – 11.1(normal 4 – 11), CRP <5 (normal <5) and LFTs are normal. What is the most likely diagnosis?
